Šiandien, rugpjūčio 8 d. (sekmadienį) 14 val. vyks Holokausto 80-ųjų metinių minėjimas: Pasaulio teisuolių pagerbimas (prie Atminimo skvero Dagilio/Žemaitės g.); eisena į Pakamponis, užsukant į senąsias žydų – karaimų kapines, kur palaidoti garsūs žydai bei pirmosios Holokausto aukos; minėjimas ir malda už nužudytuosius prie memorialo Holokausto aukoms Pakamponyse.

Today, on the 8th of August, exactly 80 years since the Holocaust, at 2 p.m. we will commemorate the victims of those tragic events. At first we will honor of the Righteous of the World (at Dagilio / Žemaitės St. Memorial Square); then we will march to Pakamponys, visiting the old Jewish-Karaite cemetery on the way, where famous Jews and the first victims of the Holocaust are buried.
